Return & Refund Policy
At Perfect Power Solution, we value your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your product, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Return Period

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

In certain cases (special products), we may allow up to 15 or 30 days – details will be mentioned on the product page.
2. Condition of Returned Product

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

The original invoice/bill must be included with the return.

Products that are used, damaged, or without original packaging will not be eligible for return.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate your refund.

Refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet) or via Bank Transfer, as per your preference.

Refund processing may take 5-7 business days.
4. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the product delivered was defective or wrong.

In case of defective/wrong product, shipping charges will be fully refunded.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, or manufacturer restrictions. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
